Wedding in the Etyek Wine Region
Alexa and Peti dreamed of celebrating their wedding in the beautiful Etyek Wine Region.
I was honored to be invited both as their wedding coordinator and officiant, so my role included not only coordinating their Big Day but also conducting their wedding ceremony.
Wedding Coordination and Officiating
Our concept for the wedding coordination was to ensure that everyone had a great time. We aimed for a well-balanced schedule — not too packed with events, yet engaging and memorable for all the guests.
The Role of a Wedding Coordinator
As a wedding coordinator, I ensure the smooth execution of the wedding schedule, handle communication with guests and service providers, and manage all tasks and issues that arise during the event.
In short, I describe my coordination style as that of a pleasant, elegant, and discreet host and coordinator, who conducts the wedding with openness and humor, yet precision—always keeping the couple in the spotlight.
I really love it when I get to keep the title of wedding officiant alongside being the coordinator, as I have extensive experience in making the wedding ceremony truly special. :-)
Besides loving this honorable role, I manage everything as both coordinator and officiant, which couples appreciate because the trust we build together makes all the planning run smoothly.
At Alexa and Peti’s wedding, the weather was beautiful, allowing all outdoor programs, including the ceremony, to take place in a calm and picturesque setting.
I am deeply grateful when couples choose me as their wedding officiant and entrust me with coordination duties as well—thank you so much for your trust!
