Wedding Coordination
Wedding coordination is more than just continuous communication with the guests, providing them with information, and managing the wedding schedule.
Bogi and Cselgő enriched their wedding with countless creative ideas.
Among their guests, some did not speak Hungarian, and since the ceremony was held only in Hungarian — they later regretted not finding me earlier, as I would have conducted their ceremony bilingually in Hungarian and English. Cselgő created a platform, with my help, where their guests could follow the ceremony in English via a link provided in advance.
The most important thing for them was to calmly enjoy their big day without worrying about details like whether the cakes arrived on time. They wanted someone to work closely with the venue throughout the day, coordinating everything — for example, making sure vegetarian meals were served to the few guests who requested them. They also wanted to avoid unnecessarily long delays, such as during the photo sessions, and to have the entire wedding smoothly managed from the smallest details to the biggest events.
Cselgő and Bogi originally thought, as they told me, that they could manage this with a good friend. However, as the wedding day approached, it became increasingly clear to them that this was too big a task to entrust to someone they just knew, and that they would definitely need an experienced wedding coordinator. That’s how they found me and asked me to be their coordinator on their big day.
And so, Bogi and Cselgő’s wonderful dream wedding came true just as they had imagined... :-)
