I was present at Bogi and Dani's wedding as the officiant and wedding coordinator.
The couple first asked me to be the officiant for their Big Day, but as the date approached, they felt it would be good to have someone to help them coordinate the programs at their wedding, who would also take care of the guests and help them realize the scenario they had dreamed up.
They did not want to hire a master of ceremonies because my elegant and more reserved presence as a coordinator and emcee fit better with their vision.
Wedding coordination on the Big Day
With regard to wedding coordination, we discussed all their ideas before the wedding, drew up the script together, and I carried out the programs for them accordingly.
Of course, I arrived at the venue before the guests, and in addition to the preparations necessary for conducting the ceremony, I took care of informing and welcoming the guests, and I prepared and managed everything.
Their wedding ceremony was, as usual for me, completely personalized, elegant, yet lighthearted and special.
We had beautiful weather, so we held their wedding ceremony at the wonderful Killroy Was Here event venue in Csákberény, which meant that all the activities could take place outside until dinner time.

Bogi and her partner also wanted to work with me as their wedding coordinator because they didn't want to organize any separate programs after the dinner; instead, they wanted to provide their guests with the opportunity for informal entertainment.
So, after the ceremony, there was a photo shoot, selfies, messages in the guest book, gift giving, and other activities.
It was reassuring for Bogi and her partner that I would be there with them on their wedding day to help them realize their dream scenario, take care of their guests, coordinate the events, and even conduct the ceremony.
This choice was also much more cost-effective for them, as they used the coordination service for a shorter period of time (and still had all their ideas realized), they did not need a master of ceremonies until dawn, yet everything happened as they had dreamed, and they could calmly enjoy the beautiful moments, because I was in control of everything as both the ceremony leader and coordinator.
I recommend wedding ceremony management and coordination services to couples who do not want to give up organizing their wedding, do not want to spend a lot on a wedding planner, but need their Big Day to run smoothly, want to have someone they like with them who will take care of everything throughout the day, and last but not least, for those who want a truly beautiful ceremony. :-)
