As a wedding officiant and coordinator, it is always a pleasure for me to be involved in the organisation and execution of a special, international wedding.
Judit and Roman's big day was just such an event: a memorable occasion, where Hungarian and foreign guests celebrated together at Bohém Birtok in Zamárdi.
As a wedding coordinator, my job is to create perfect harmony between two languages at the wedding.
The uniqueness of the wedding was not only the location and the diversity of the participants, but also the fact that I had to conduct all the activities in two languages - Hungarian and English.
It was my job to make the event understandable and enjoyable for all guests, regardless of the part of the world they came from.
I carefully prepared every aspect of the day and kept the guests informed in both languages throughout the programme.
Church ceremony and return to the property
The big day began with an intimate church service in the church near Bohemian Estates. The guests and the newlyweds arrived together at the venue, where I coordinated everyone to ensure the ceremony went smoothly.
After the church moments, we returned to the estate where the rest of the day began.
The activities that brought the wedding to life
The fun atmosphere of the photo shoot, the dinner on the outside, touching and funny speeches, the night mini golf and the first dance were all elements that required special attention.
Every detail was taken care of to ensure that the programs went smoothly and provided a memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
The key to success: professional coordination
Throughout the day, bilingual communication played a prominent role.
I ensured that both Hungarian and foreign guests received all information in a timely and understandable manner.
This allowed not only for the smooth running of the programme, but also for everyone to feel at home at this international wedding.
