It was a true joy and honor to be invited by Bálint and William to officiate their wedding.
From our very first conversation, I could already feel that this would be an especially meaningful and unique ceremony — even for me.
Of course, I could say that the mere fact of officiating the wedding of a same-sex couple made it special in itself… but it was much more than that.

But to be married to a man who makes you laugh every day, now that’s a real thing!"
I had the pleasure of getting to know two truly wonderful people, and I am deeply grateful that they chose me to be their wedding officiant.
The ceremony took place at the beautiful Gere Winery in Villány.
We were lucky — despite the forecast predicting rain all day, the afternoon ceremony was blessed with glorious sunshine.
Of course, the storm eventually arrived later in the evening, but by then no one minded — it only added to the atmosphere during dinner and the party. ????
The wedding ceremony was held in two languages — Hungarian and English — and all our preparations were done over Skype, as Bálint and William live in Ireland.
It was such a joy to finally meet them in person at the wedding venue!
The wedding ceremony was relaxed and elegant — just like the couple themselves.
It was wonderful to feel, throughout the ceremony, that everyone was truly enjoying the moment. There were plenty of smiles and laughter, as well as touching, heartfelt moments.
During the entire ceremony, I felt that it was no coincidence I was chosen to be their officiant — it truly felt meant to be.
